Electronic Commerce Laws: The Client is solely responsible for complying with any laws, taxes, and tariffs applicable in any way to the social media project or any other services contemplated herein, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Ed Troxell Creative and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, fine, penalty, or tariff arising from the Client's exercise of Internet electronic commerce and/or any failure to comply with any such laws, taxes, and tariffs.

How long should a blog post be? As long as it needs to be in order to deliver the value your readers are looking for. That being said, research shows that blog posts averaging 2,000-2,500 words do get more shares on social media. Quality over quantity always wins!
